Introduction

Undergraduate Program

Since 1984 when the department of tourism management was founded, the department has evolved to the department of hotel and tourism management which has three sub-majors: tourism-leisure management, hotel convention management, and restaurant management. Excellent students and graduates from overseas countries and domestic areas display their talents in various fields. With the policy of internationalization, we support our students to take internship courses while attending or after graduation. This is a necessary step toward leading the world in this field. To lead the national and world tourism industry, we do our best to make ours a world class department.

Graduate Program

Graduates get employment in travel agencies, airliners, hotels, International festivals and events, theme parks, and resorts. They also start up restaurant business, manage restaurant business, and give counsel to restaurant management and food coordination. Administrative organs like Korea National Tourist Organization and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and government research institutions are the areas they enter.
